2010 Tariff

Prices are per room, per night for up to two persons, including breakfast.

Full payment is required on departure. Payment methods accepted are cash, cheque with guarantee card and most major credit/debit cards (except American Express).

Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment card details are held to guarantee your booking. Full payment is required on departure.

Cancellations

Where the room can be re-let, there is no charge. In the event that we are unable to do this, we retain the right to charge as follows: within 7 days the full cost of the booking, 7 to 21 days a charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. We recommend that you insure against cancellation.

Damages

Whilst we appreciate that some minor damages may occur, we reserve the right to charge as appropriate for any replacements or additional cleaning.

Smoking policy

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the property. The garden area is always available for guest use. Anyone in breach of this policy will be asked to settle their bill and leave.

Pets

We are unable to accept any pets.

Check-in and Departure times.

We ask that guests call the day before to confirm a time of arrival. The preferred time is after 4.30pm and before 6.00pm, however this can be flexible if pre-arranged. We request that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 10.30am
