2008 Tariff
Prices are per room, per night for up to two persons, including breakfast. Full payment is required on departure, payable by cash, cheque with guarantee card or most major debit and credit cards.
Booking Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of the first nights stay is required to confirm a booking. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card (not American Express).
Cancellation
We recommend that you insure against cancellation. Should you wish to cancel you will forfeit your deposit. We will do our best to re-let your room, however we retain the right to charge as follows - within 7 days the full cost of the booking, from 7 to 21 days 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted in any part of the property. The garden area is always available for guest use. Anyone in breach of this policy will be asked to settle their bill and leave.
Pets
We are unable to accept any pets.
Check-in and Departure times.
We ask that guests call the day before to confirm a time of arrival. The preferred time is after 4.30pm and before 6.00pm, however this can be flexible if pre-arranged. We request that on the day of departure you vacate your room by 10.30am
