Followed by...
Cornish breakfast – Pork sausage, back bacon, pan fried mushrooms, tomatoes, hash brown, baked beans, egg.
Vegetarian breakfast – Poached, fried or scrambled eggs, with vegetarian sausage, pan fried mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, hash brown.
American-style Pancakes – home made, served with bacon, lemon and sugar or maple syrup. (please request the evening before)
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs – served with toasted muffin (please request the evening before.)
Omelette – with a choice of mushroom, tomato, ham and cheese. (please request the evening before)
Light bites – your choice of eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes or beans on toast or bacon, sausage and/or egg sandwiches.
To finish...
White and wholemeal toast, saffron cake or scones with a selection of locally made marmalade, jams and honey
Served with a cafetiere of coffee, or selection of teas (English, Earl Grey, Green or Fruit/herbal). Hot chocolate also available.
